Sometimes it takes up to an hour after your order has been placed to receive a confirmation email. To be certain, please check your spam folder and also make sure that you have filled in the correct email address. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location and your local parcel service. When circumstances are normal, the delivery time in the Benelux is 3 to 5 working days. The order arrival in other European countries is between 4 to 8 working days. In the rest of the world deliveries may take up to 5 to 10 working days.
We offer free shipping on all orders from Belgium. For The Netherlands and Luxembourg we provide no shipping cost on orders with two or more products, otherwise the cost regarding shipping is €5. The shipping cost for other countries will be estimated and settled upon check-out. This extra cost is to be paid by the customer itself.
To process our orders efficiently we immediately send them to our warehouse. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us directly via email. We will then do our best to fulfil your cancelation or modification. Once your order has been paid and fully processed, it is no longer possible to make any changes. You will need to wait until your order arrives and make a return. Upon receipt in our warehouse according to our return policy, you will be e-refunded via a gift card with the full purchase amount of the returned item(s). This digital store credit will be sent to the same email that was used to place the order.
You are able to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, iDeal and Bancontact for your order.
Your order confirmation email normally includes an invoice. If you cannot find it or think it is incorrect, please contact us immediately via email.
We offer an e-refund via a gift card for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) within 10 days of receipt. Orders must be returned according to our return policy. This means the items are still unused and unwashed with all the labels attached. The order is also sent back in the original packaging.
Fill in the return form via the return portal, afterwards print it and stick it onto your parcel.
After all these steps are done and all the return criteria are met, the order is ready to be sent back.

Please, reach out to us first before sending back the damaged product(s). We will then as soon as possible provide you with a solution.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange products. If you wish to change your garment(s) to another size or colour you can follow our regular return process and re-order afterwards with an e-refund which we will send you in the form of a gift card after the return has been received to the same email that was used to place the order.
